The Caller id themselves as Credit Card Services and when I spoke to a human after pressing 1 the Man ID himself as Mr John Brown and when i started to ask him to not call me anymore he told me he was sleeping with my wife and than got real nasty

This is a number being used by some last-ditch bill collectors. A recorded voice leaves a voice mail that says it is trying to reach me. The area code is from my area, but I do not think they are located here. They also frequently call with their number blocked.

never leaves a message; not sure who is calling and am suspicious

Somebody left a message, just their name 'Sally Butler' - no reference to what it was about.

Bad connection and woman was totally not understandable. Location came up as Miramonte, CA. I receive a lot of spam calls labeled from Miramonte, suspect this one is too.
