Hello my name is Mary Fletcher state number FF694 this is a notification call from our department of tax debt and financial settlement services the purpose of this call is to inform all US citizens on our state list about the new tax debt compromise prog

The guy says he is David Barnes.  He was interested in my house that he saw on forsalebyowner.com and he wanted to know more about the house.  There is a ton of information about my house on the ad including many pictures, so this was the first tip off.  He said he had to go unexpectedly and then I tried calling back and his voice mail kicked in.  Every other word was 'bug'.  Mighty strange
