Lady with strong foreign accent told me there was a problem with my computer security and that I needed to let her help me. I told her I already have IT support. She hung up.

I received a random text message saying 'who this' I sent back a message saying 'wrong number' and they sent another message asking me who I was so I ignored it. This is at least the 4th tie this has happened in the last few months. I'm not sure if its the same number each time, but its creepy.

Microsoft Owns this number. They wouldn't EVER call you. So someone spoofed it to look like them. Computer repair shops or any IT at that matter call this number, to activate licences having to do with Microsoft windows on PC's. Hope this helps. Cheers
