It's an internet survey company. If you call back there is an option to be taken off their call list.

This shows up as a bolt firm on the person calling I. D. , however a recorded gal known as Theresa was on a recorded message stating he wants to discuss life insurance. we hung up, rang the no. back, & a fax machine picked up.

Many calls form this area code & prefix; but last 4 digits change. Scam call. when calling back always get a "Tone" & "All circuits are buy..." message.
