Called and I could just hear an open line. I said hello, in the deepest voice I could, Hello a second time after a brief pause, and the line disconnected about a second later.

Just called. Caller ID = Unknown Name. I did not answer and they left no message; hung up before answering machine would have answered. For kicks, I called the number back and message said 'Sorry, the number you have reached is not in service. Please check the number and dial again.'

Rude, unwilling to listen, twisted our words. put the phone down on us soon after stating ' no want to get angry' soon as We are obviously being rational & calm.
