Received a call from 800-429-9210 on my cell phone, they left a message that this is an important issue (for them, not me) with Reff #. This may be a bill collector calling on small businss ATT phone bill written off. ATT small business is a big rip off .

Rang three times and disconnected BEFORE answering machine picked up

using obscene slangs.. hails from UP as i can make out from his accent.
