Chinese scam robo call pretending to be chinese embassy.

Basically they asked for my sister, and when I said she wasn't home they said they would call back later, that it was a private matter. So I wanted to look it up and see who they were, just out of curiosity since they did not even leave a name.

The people are rude it’s a scam they took money from my account over n over try for an amount then another amount until they get declined then they stop withdrawal till the next month..!! It’s small amounts that I notice because they put in the same amount if it goes thru scammers

This number Called at 1:23 am. Recording stating 45 year old male has broken out of jail. To keep doors locked and dont contact local pd unless we have to information
