Millions Call

This is a cell phone for someone claiming to be from Virginia. It´s not a land line because it has Whatsapp and is texting enabled. Don´t know yet of it´s legitimacy

we just got a ring with this no. no one spoke, however seemed suspiciously just like a contact centre, (from back ground noise)

They keep calling all different times never leave a message also use 280 5529

keep on receiving rings with this no. numerous times in a day. Not sure who this is. There was no time limit or restriction. Just rings anytime

called my cell.. wonder if the other complaints are receiving cell or land line calls.. might try to figure out how they are getting numbers. I didnt answer because i was busy but will know next time IF he calls.
