    I do answer any out-of-state calls, but this one left the message that I was eligible to win $1,000 if I called back. I am reporting the numbnuts to the NY State Attorney General. When a chief clerk at SHAEF in Eisenhower's building in 1944 - 1945, our phones (kindly lent by French businesses and civilians) were used by General Patton, for example, to get a dozen tanks to him immediately. We used the phones to carry out urgent business despite the difficulty of finding where he had moved since he contacted us. Who are these anti-American terrorists today who are fooling around with our telephones!
