They say they are social security offices

I've been getting calls almost every day from this number for at least a month, and whenever I answer, it's just noise. I get calls during the day, evening and middle of the night! The number is texting me at 3am now! I'm being harassed by someone I can't even get to speak when I answer! The texts say "cum out for 30, miss behavin". I have no idea who this is, and I don't want to know, I just want them to go away!!!!

Phishing Scam

They said it was regarding a legal matter and time sensitive legal documents for someone I knew. Would not give me any other information. I called back and it's never-ending answering machines. I believe this is a debt collection place calling illegaly. Any other info would be helpful.
