Received several call from this number partial Caller ID = Phil Local Lon Another of many pesty calls during the Election Season

I got this mailer too. In a way, it looks like a W2 form (and it is a Tax season). This scam is not affiliated with Alaska Air, but rather your local travel agency. It seems to be the one when you call and they sell the c..p out of you. So much for a free flight.
