Millions Call

I saw this number on my caller ID at work and didn't understand who would be calling me here at work, so I decided to let it go to voicemail. The voicemail recorded for like 2 seconds. I don't get how they would get my work number, unless it's the type of thing that'll call groups of similar numbers, one after the other, etc. Either way, I'm guessing this is unsolicited spam.

does anybody recognise who it is? these people provided file no. & stated to ring back however did not pass on name of firm or anything, seems fishy.
