Spam debt collecter or just weirdos they call all the time

My name is a Gary calling I'm sort of caught of the blue here but I'm just calling about your property here in Las Vegas I was driving around the neighborhood earlier today and saw your home and was just wondering if you'd be interested in selling it if your mind give me a call back my number is 702-830-0510 extension 9 again that's 702-830-0510 extension 9 think.

I have no idea, received two calls at around 8-9pm. I answered the second and they said something I couldn't understand and then hung up. I called the number back and it was weird.. Some black lady answered who could barely speak english and said she answered the phones for several companies but couldn't tell me who called because it didn't "Populate" ... I would like to find the personal information about the people behind this and make it hell for them.

I bought something from Wal-Mart and then started getting annoying texts from random numbers. This one came in today. Annoyed!

HARRASSMENT--CALL 3 OR 4 TIMES WITH A 3 MINUTE TIME LINE AND NO ONE IS ON THE OTHER END OF LINE-----FIGURE IT TO BE A PHONE NUMBER SPOOFER.

Auto caller that says please hold the line for the next available agent. Then after a few mins, it says there are no agents available to take your call and that they will call me back later, and hang up. Tried to call it back, and it just rings forever. No identification about who is calling is provided by the robo caller.
