Mumbling woman, possibly Spanish, repeating 'hi' & other verbage that was not understandable. . rang service provider to inquire & these people got not received any 220 connected complaints. The operator blocked this no. with our phone, therefore end 'o story :)

This is a fraudlent collection company, most likely linked to Dorsey and Thornton out of Georgia. When they call you, thy call you repeatedly and breath on the other line and hang up.
