number called my phone. didn't answer, because I don't recognize the number. no message left.

I receied a check for $4880 and also telling me I won $2985.0 yes that is thousand,to be paid by western union or moneygram, but every time I called, the called is not their. is this real? should I CASH THIS CHECK? is this goverment trick?
