Calls & hangs_up. NOW ITS says something about my car warranty

Caller ID says Hollins Schechter. Web search comes up with a law firm in So Cal.

Just had a ring with this no. & no one is on the phone line.

I have been getting calls and emails from (716)240-7321 they say they are from the goverment and 10.5 million is waiting for me for sending them $600.00.I have my doubts about this so I will contact Washington Dc and give them the phone number.Do not fall for this scam if you know what's good for you and your money.

Male calls every day between 4-6PM PST.    Hangs up when I pick up.    Leaves the same voicemail if I dont answer: 'Hey, uh, Im in my cousins car right now.    Ill give you a call back today or tomorrow.'    I do not know this person and have never spoken to him.    As a young female, I am scared of these harassing phone calls and have no way to trace or block the number.

My 77-year-old mother were to call today from this number and they told her the bank was broken and needed the information in it so they could block any transactions that she did not. They wanted the routing # and checking account # and then asked her DOB to check to make sure it was her. They also wanted the last check # that it was written.
