con ring. attempting to get us send money via Western Union. stated we won money however we wanted a receipt with Western Union to be able to collect.

PayPal is secure and if the phones aren't delivered then you can make a claim through PayPal and they will take legal action and ill be sending the phones to you with a tracking number that you can keep track of the packages so its very secure I don't trust u pleas I will go and buy from ebay. That's funny eBay owns paypal and you have to pay through palpal on eBay but I thought it was fishy when I called you and it was a google voice account and when I looked up your email it wasn't found
