has been phoning constantly for about two weeks, has never ever ended up leaving a msg.

This no. keeps on phoning our mobile phone looking for a business that is not our business. we have constantly informed 'em that We are not who these people are asking for, yet these people keep on to ring. Now the rings are really disturbing! these people ring & do not say anything, sometimes just breath heavily into the telephone (which was particularly uncomfortable)! we wanna file as big a complain as possible with these people! Who are they!?

Received 2 calls from this number, I didn't pick up and there was no voicemail left. There is no reason this particular number should be calling me in NY.
