Millions Call

somebody rang us with this no. & did not pass on a msg. soon as we rang this there was not a outgoing msg or anything.

I am getting tired of these calls. Another one today and no one says anything when I answer. Its harassing!

I received a call from this number. I answered it because these 296 prefixes are normally cell phone numbers. It was a recording from someone named Daisy, calling me about health insurance. I hung up. Later I called the number and got a message from Verizon saying this number was no long in service. Another scam caller!
