Millions Call

No they CANNOT!!This a glaring volation of the FDCPAGo to the FTC web site and read the FDCPADebt is a civil matter, NOT criminal !

This phone # has been calling me for the last 3 months. I would like for them to stop calling me. They are saying they are w/ Publishing Clearing house.

Caller claimed to be from Publishers clearing house, and said that I won 1.5 million dollars. Started asking personal questions. Caller had strong Jamaican accent. Said his name was Charles Blackwood Caller ID showed the above phone #. I asked for a number to call to verify his connection to Publishers clearing, and he gave me the same #. He was also arguing with me when I told him that I knew that this was a scam.

Calls 10 times a day from a long list of numbers from Arkadelphia, AR. I answered and she said something about recently buying a car or a house. Then asked if I could hear her. I work in a loud environment. I said no and she just hung up. I block one number and they call from another.

I have received several hang up calls from this number I have only had my number for about a week and the caller keeps calling and hanging up whan I answer I have reported it to the proper authorities

They call my business number and not saying anything, then they call back!
