I got two calls today 9/28/12 to our business in SF from this number. The other end didn't speak at all but can hear some background noise. Annoying for people not saying a word!

This is a sales call from Merrill Lynch

Got a call from this number saying the exact same thing. No clue who they are, what claim is allegedly against me, etc.
