Have received several calls from them. Message says they are from NTI and claim to be a n employment agency working with social security to get people back to work.

Called and hung up before answer, about 2 rings.

Got a text saying this program sends $278 into my bank account

It's a company out of Fresno, California called B & D Quality Water, or RainSoft. They are most likely calling to offer to set you up with a whole house water treatment system. Though they have a few complaints online, they do have an A+ BBB rating, and most of their complaints are based on their marketing tactics.They were very friendly and once I informed them they were calling a cell phone they immediately apologized and wished me a wonderful day. I haven't heard from them since.
