This person not being honest.

we had a mail with a unspecified 'Customer Assistance Department', informing us that we got a account that would soon be written off as a bad debt unless we paid 'em $89. these people informed us to ring this no. to set up a payment plan over the telephone. There is absolutely no info given as to the identity of any collection firm or where this 'debt' began. Pretty sure this was a con soon after doing a search engine search & coming up with only this page. .
