Says social security. Phishing call

Robocall I called back and said they were NCS.. wouldn't give me info first time I called back. She said I would be getting subpoenaed and hung up on me. Called back , different woman said her name was Michelle Webster. Talked about an old bank account that was closed improperly. I called my bank, they used their bank credit dbase that can access other banking institutions and said there are no reports of this on my account.

They asked for me by name and when I said this was me, they hung up.
