Bi*** wont leave me alone

This phone number says I can no longer dial in my area.  This is suppose to be for a credit card company.

I keep getting calls from this person at this #every few weeks in the middle of the night and whoever it is knows my father-in laws name .he says hes going to die and need to talk to him ..!HE KEEPS WAKING MY KIDS UP.I WANT SOME PAY BACK

Account services calling to lower my CC interest rate. They do not indicate the company name or what cc they are calling about. sounds like a phising expedition.

The bizarre part was that i have been making a lot of rings with our house number to Washington DC in the past few weeks. therefore this nearly sounded legitimate.
