Disconnected number don't answer

I received a text from this number at 5:29am today: "Your friend just sent you a great deal on a car! Instant quote. Goto [sic] http://hiddenautodeals.com/?p=********** and enter promo code 1866 to view now!" The asterisks are placeholders for my phone number. I'm certainly not going to risk going to the link. I responded "Unsubscribe" so we'll see if I get any more messages. But I'm assuming this is spam.

started on may 13 2020 and these number never leave a message and static air sounds like overseas calls and could be scammers
