This number did the same for me, trying to get me to friend a Yahoo IM spam bot.

I called this number bck and it is a recorded message saying "If you received a phone call from this number it is Comcast with a promotonal offer" the message then went on to give options.. 1. to speak with a representative 2. to be placed on the do not call list.
