Cold calling

The guy who claims his name is Chris Brown says that he is associated with State Investigative Dept, telling that the IRS has sent 3 notifications, and arrest warrant went out to arrest you, unless you make x amount (x in thousands) of money in restitution as an out of court settlement. He also tells couple of attorneys are on the phone call also. Then he calls you on cell phone (I did give the #) and says he is going to put in touch with another guy at IRS. The initial IRS greeting seems to be reasonably legit. After two minutes into the call, I suspected definite fraud, then Chris became very rude. I did call police and informed. BTW, when we call back the same #, what happens, is that there is a answering m/c telling you that you may have gotten a scam call (the voice seems to be identical). Then I called again, using another #, the same guy shows up. SO THIS NUMBER SEEMS TO TOTAL SCAM. BE WARNED.

i posted an ad on creigslist on a sony camera and this number text me wanting the camera he sent me money though paypal and wants me to send it to Nigeria seems a little suspicious

they say it's honeywell security systems but than they call your house back and play music. what a cheap way of doing business. they say were in your area but i'm a state away and what can they do for me. really security?

The call is being done by some crooksters from India and they are trying to run some fraud. Please file a complain and don't send any money.
