Answered because it was a Tx area code Asked for me by name. When I asked how I could help him, asked for donations for a veterans fund.

this phone number was some how on my facebook as being able to access my account.    I have not had an account with ATT for over a decade.    I say it is ATT cause that is what was listed on Facebook.    I called the # and a mail voice was on the voice mail I did not know nor did my husband or my daughter.    I am concerned at how this has happen as every setting on facebook is privite.
