Millions Call

This is a collection agency calling. They are somehow having an alternate phone # show as the caller ID because it is coming up with an '845' area code (my hometown) but the company is not located within that area code or even that state. I think they manipulate their caller ID # to entice the other party to answer.

Calls a couple times a day. Uses different numbers I block one number they use another number!!. Have to take phone off hook because phone starts ringing from them early morning.

when you dial the no. or hit redial this tells you this was a non working no. // therefore how do you get 'em to quit phoning you?.
