They called and said they were from the Circuit Court Of Skokie IL. They said I had a outstanding ticket from 2009 and wanted me to pay with credit card over the phone. When I called the phone number back from my caller ID the company name was BMC and Asso. This is a total SCAM. Do not talk to these people. Report the call right away to the Better Business Bureau.

Received call just before noon 3/9/18. I answered and said hello 3 times only to have a male robo voice say "goodbye". I hung up and called the number back and I received a message that stated this was a Verizon number and had been disconnected or was no longer in service.
