FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

my mother keeps getting these calls late at night 10pm or really early in the morning... it sounds as if the way she talks is a scam. they want money or she has won alot of money.. it is sad because people who are really down and out on their luck and they are called to say they have won money and give their info and believe it that they have really won something & come to find out they are scammed out of their life savings... wake up people....

Brought dvd that are not worth having. Can not see anything on them.
