I keep getting calls from this number randomly. Don't know who this is and no voicemail is ever lef. When I call back, it says this number is not in service. Maybe a payphone?

Its a recorded message for a specific person.. if you are that specific person they want you tohold on and someone will speak with you.. if you are not that specific person then they want you to call the number they give you to inform them.

They said nothing when I answered. This has happened 3 times

Spanish accent man calling long distance telling me that he is from the Department of Law and Investigations and that I need to contact my attorney and not to disregard this message or he will send the police and cops to my place of business, home, etc. and could land me in the slammer.
