Recorded call claiming they can help improve my search rankings (to a personal cell phone)

Been receiving rings with this no. now atleast two times / day. we do not reply & these people dont pass on a msg.

Fraud

I picked up, a robo-voice said 'this is a call for Michael (last name), if we have called your number in error, please call us back at'.I hung up at this point. When I did try to call back, all the circuits were busy, why am I not surprised, I assume the number is from some sort of boiler room.My son's name is Michael (nobody and I do mean nobody calls him that) to anyone who knows him he is simply 'Mike' and he has not lived at my address for 11 months.
