Received Voice Mail from 202-244-4436. Left message in what sounded like Chinese

Called but left no voice message..

This number has called me numerous times in conjunction with other calls from other 801 area code numbers associated with Wells Fargo Auto Finance.

Natl Cnsmr Svcs- called to offer unsecured credit card. Just wanted routing and account number from my bank and $129 up front and then we'd receive a card in 12-14 days. Sounded suspicious to me. Was rude when I stated that we had fine credit and didn't need more cards.
