The culprit who stole the phones utilized this phone number to facilitate a transaction with the victim who had posted the sale of the phones on Kijiji. When the meeting took place, a male described as male white, shaved bald head wearing black clothing took possession of the phones and fled without paying. The male entered into an awaiting black compact vehicle and made good his escape.
