Three calls in 30 minutes. When answered, the recording asks tthat you press 1 to accept, but dows not say accept what

I do not want any texts from this number!

I tried calling this number 10 times to see who was calling me and to get some more info. It rang and rang and finally a message came on to try your call again. But before that someone answered and said nothing but you could hear a lot of people talking in the background with a lot of static.
