I got a call from today and was threatened by a company that said they were from a law firm in Austin Texas for Approved Money Center saying that I would be served with legal documents at my home from Mike Reynolds of PNC couturier service. When I asked him for the name of his business and the bar#, he got very defensive and put me on hold. Is this a scam...

Sent text message that atm card was deactivated and to call them .. When we called they asked for your card number to press 1 or press 2 to leave. Please do not give your banking information to anyone that calls the text you that you do not know!

Anyone know anything about this possible scam?

Repeated attempts to remove my name from their call list have been ignored. When I confront them about it they pretend there is a bad connection and they hang up( always saying 'hello.hello.. are you there?) They follow the same script every time. They also ask for a lot of infomation so, as they say, they can remove my number. But I know that they already know my name and number, or they wouldn't keep calling... isn't there a legal option for something like this?
