850 750 1428 has been reported to the FCC after unsolicited activity was registered from 850 750 1428

These guys are selling septic tank products.  The caller starts the sales pitch as though I was an existing customer who purchased from them in the past, and he wants to know if I need to re-order anything.  The thing is, I don't have a septic tank, and never did.  I told him that and he apologized, saying he would make a note of it.
