Call came at 6:04pm on my cell phone which, by the way, is a business phone. Recorded message said to "press 1 if you are...". I pressed 1 and the recording just kept saying that someone would be with me in a moment. Then the call disconnected. I have no clue who they are or what they wanted, but I have blocked all numbers beginning with the 620 prefix to eliminate the potential for future harassing calls based on what I'm reading here. I realize there are laws in place to protect us from these types of harassing calls, but if the number is disconnected when you call it back, where do you go from there??? How do you ever find out who these people even so you can take the proper notification steps and get them to quit calling??? So incredibly frustrating...
