FCC Complaint: Prerecorded Voice

They call all day long (from 8 to 9 pm), and sometimes hang up when I say hello. They never leave a message when the call goes to voicemail. One day they called 10 times. I just got my phone and I do not know the person they are looking for. I told them that they have the wrong number, but they just go on to so I hang up. I have a number on the do not call list and it was past 31 days and calls continue to come in I'm going to complain. I'm tired of these phone calls.
