866-320-2178 left a voice mail that they were a collection agency. They left a reference number and said to call back immediately. We have ZERO debt. When I tried to call the number I received a message stating "the number you are trying to reach does not accept calls from your calling area"

This guy Russell horlon does not own this number and lying about owning this number since 12/05/2016. I am the real owner (name will be revealed to the representative) for past 10 years for this number

Called my home. no message. I don't know who these people are. I'm not calling them back.
