Caller asked if I was disabled

I got degrading texts from this number

4 phone calls received 3 placed to this number 1 call asking about a transmission replacement for his truck and given an estimate, which he agreed to then a phone call back stating he was cancelling another phone call asking about a clutch replacement given an estimate, which he said he would be over before 5 to have the work done then a phone call back stating he was cancelling i think this is someone associated with a shop, they keep calling my auto repair shop to check on prices because they are scared of a little competition.

Caller says it has been trying to call since 2/28/19

Reported as Spam Risk. Robocaller ignoring do not call registration. Fails to leave voicemail. No Caller ID. Block number.

Called me 2x. When I called them back they said they kept calling me since it was a wrong number. F-you. Don't keep calling me.
