These folks call from varying numbers, but it's always the same story. We're calling to 'verify' your listing with local.com yellow-pages. When you've finished the 2 minute confirmation that takes 10 minutes, you're transferred to someone to 'confirm' the information again. In the details they're asking you to authorize them to send an agreement for service (with an associated fee that is beyond what we already pay for both print and internet listings) that MUST BE DECLINED or you owe them the money.Yes, it's a scam and I'm so tired of receiving these calls that I've asked to be put on their do not call list, yet they continue to call.
