Steve, the guy using this cell number sold me a broken washing machine - he knew it was broken and lied about it being serviced, because the filter was full of the broken pieces.

Doesn't even speak English

Seems to be a collection agency...women's voice says 'there will be a 3 second delay..' then the message cuts off

they call my brother, sister, and mother and harass them all the time and tell them it is in their best interest to have me call them.

Unknown number call twice in the last 2 weeks. First time called twice in a row. This time they called 3 times in a row. Not sure who or what they want. Just be careful

Has rang once every three weeks for the past nine weeks (3 times total) each time not leaving a VM.

we had a ring this afternoon with the above no. Since we didnt know this, we didnt reply the ring. There were no voicemails. soon after searching for con reports with rings with 347 region code, we decided to put this no. online for the benefit of other citizens.
