Unknown scum just hangs up

got random text messages from this number saying "how r u". I don't know this person, and my friends don't text like that (my friends would say, "how are you?"). I think it's some spam/phising issue. I forwarded it to spam abuse and blocked the number.

person calling made anonymous obscene telephone ring. cant locate no. owner.
