It is a spam call. there is no need to pick up. You can call they toll free number if you need to contact them. Also, they will NOT rmove your number from their list. Calls tipically start about the 6th of the month and last two weeks. Cycle starts following month. You can call, give them the number you are been called at and find out why they are calling you.
