Yep, identical thing, ring with a Mr. Maretti as well, informing us there about a petition also in a different county. msg on machine also. we will ring back & let them keep on violating the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act & subsequently report them to the solicitor general as well. This was not gonna continue.

I tried to take my number 6 times now, they call for a week. Also called from different numbers. When I searched the other rooms, some people said it was a scam to get credit card information . Watch your bills for everyone!.

Yes, a complete scammer.I got a call from this same guy, claiming to have made a $600.00 pay-day-loan.he also called my Mom and a good friend of mine. How can he have my SS#? How can he have my bank account #? My Mom's phone #? And, how can he have my friend's phone number?
