Received a text saying From Unverified-Sender 9188372826 Verizon Alert Account Locked Please click http://m.vtext1.com and update your login info. I do not have internet access on my phone

we had the identical exact ring informing us we owe 12000

This number keeps calling at all hours.    Will not identify, and when trying to call back they turn the phone off.police will be notified

They called twice within 3 hours or each call...first call was a recording, second call is a woman, she was VERY nasty when I asked why she was calling, i do not believe they are a collection agency, but they were nasty and hung up on me. She denied the number had called me twice.
