keep getting called from this nr about investment oppurtunities in another country. I have at quite a few occasions told them to stop calling me

Someone keeps calling my house from this number and does not answer. I call back and leave a message to stop calling but they continue to call. How aanoying it has been for the last SEVERAL days. how do I stop them?
